Get your sleep!

I remember in high school not sleeping as much as I needed to. I always enjoyed staying up late and didn’t like rising early for school. In turn, I would be like a sleep-deprived drunken zombie at school. In retrospect, I really don’t understand how I did well there given the abuse that I used to put on my body compared to how good of care I take of it now. Yet, sleep deprivation also made me feel extremely depressed and when I finally started sleeping more, I had wonderful dreams and a sounder mind for learning and achieving my goals. A life without sleep is like running a car tank on empty – you might run out of gas unexpectedly!
